VCC curler skips Team BC to a medal at Canadian Seniors
VCC curler and board member Diane Gushulak (left) skipped Team BC to a bronze medal in the Everest Canadian Senior Curling Championships, Dec. 3-9 in Vernon. The team includes third Grace MacInnes, second Danielle Shaughnessy and lead Cori Atchison. Grace's sister Allison MacInnes (back row) was coaching the team. Gushulak and MacInnes played front end on the 2021 BC senior women's team, skipped by MaryAnne Arsenault, that finished second in the national championship.
VCC curlers represent Mexico at world doubles qualifier
VCC curlers Ismael Abreu and Estephana Quintero were curling for Mexico in the World Mixed Doubles Qualification Event in Dumfries, Scotland, Dec. 2-7. They finished the event with a 2-3 record in their pool that included Hungary, Hong Kong, Guyana, England and Slovenia.

Get your toe dipped over the Christmas break
VCC will be applying Tuff Toe to the trailing foot on curling shoes over the Christmas break for $40 including taxes. Leave your shoe in the pro shop by Monday, Dec. 18, and it will be ready for pick up on Friday, Dec. 29.
