Doubles League

The Saturday Open Doubles League runs for 10-week sessions. This league is open to all levels of curlers and, depending on number of teams, we will ideally have more than one pool/division to have balanced games.

Information for curlers in the league:

Game Length:
Games are up to 8 ends if time allows. With a 90min duration that'll be tough but potentially viable.
After 80 minutes the "bell" (no actual bell) rings and teams should finish their current end.
An end is over once all rocks come to a stop after the last rock is thrown.
If you sneak in past the buzzer, please play quickly so the next draw starts as on-time as possible.
Remember half of the time that's you waiting!
Basic Rules:
Standard Mixed Doubles rules of play (in our case open doubles). LINK

Powerplays are allowed.
Pre-placed guard should be on the hogline side of the marker closest to the rings.
Please remember to record your win/loss result on the website here:

Note - Once one team enters a result, the other team won't need to (or be able to)
