Purple & Gold is a fun league at the Vancouver Curling Club catering primarily to players with a moderate amount of experience (2+ years). Our focus is on fun, etiquette, and sportsmanship, though a little healthy competition is never a bad thing.  Teams are strongly encouraged to socialize and enjoy the company of your opponents each week in the lounge.

The league's median age is typically somewhere in the mid-30s and we accept teams of any gender distribution (i.e. Open, Mixed, Men, or Women).

SOCIAL EVENINGS

The Purple & Gold league has two social evenings with dinner provided, one before the Christmas break, and one at the end of the season. More information on food and activities will come closer to the actual date.

Anyone who is interested in helping with the organization of social events or any other league-related things should contact either of the league reps (Marc or Mark).
