I AM CURLING - INVICTUS GAMES

Celebrate the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 and give curling a try! This one-hour session includes an instructor and all required equipment - grippers, wheelchairs, and delivery sticks. HOSTED AT THE MARPOLE CURLING CLUB.

I AM Trying (ADAPTIVE CURLING) - Similar to able-bodied curling except the rocks are delivered from a stationary wheelchair and there is no sweeping. (Participants do not need to be wheelchair-bound)

I AM TRYING CURLING - Similar to able-bodied curling except the rocks are delivered with a delivery stick and there is no sweeping.

For Ages 6+. Under 11 must wear and bring a helmet and under 16 must attend alongside an Adult.

Come out and give curling a try! 1 hour session for 1-4 participants Only $20 a guest. Locations Available: Hillcrest and Marpole

Learn To Curl

Programs run for five two-hour sessions. Basic skills of delivering a rock, sweeping, strategy, and playing different positions are covered. Participants will be playing in game situations by the end of the program.

Junior Program

Our Junior Curling Program teaches kids ages 8-18 the basics of curling in a fun, team-focused environment. Perfect for beginners.

Group Rental

Bring your friends for a fun curling group activity! 2 hour session for 1-64 participants. Locations Available: Hillcrest and Marpole

Novice League

Participants in our five-week novice leagues will play curling games with fellow novice curlers. A curling instructor is on hand each week for the two-hour sessions to provide support. Please do not sign up with no curling experience.

Little Rockers

The Little Rockers Program introduces kids ages 5-8 to curling through fun games and activities. Designed to teach basic skills in a safe, supportive setting. All equipment is provided. Locations Available: Hillcrest

About VCC

The Vancouver Curling Club is located at Hillcrest Centre in the facility that hosted the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games curling competitions. With eight sheets of ice in a modern, bright and accessible building, the VCC has over 1,700 members who participate in 28 weekly leagues.

The Vancouver Curling Club acknowledges that we operate on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish First Nations who lived here before us and continue to live here.
