CurlFit is back with new classes for 2024. We will be holding sixteen CurlFit classes at the club this Spring — with a new format.

The classes are 45-minute fitness-style classes and you can drop-in to the classes that fit your schedule. Just buy a class-pack and come to the classes that work for you.

In these CurlFit classes you will build strength, improve your core, steady your stability, calibrate your cardio AND improve your game. You will learn to enhance your strength, stability, and overall athleticism on (and off) the ice through strength- and endurance-focused training including the use of resistance bands and other tools.

Stephen has created a program specifically to build strength where curlers need it. Expect focus on hip strength and stability, inner thigh strengthening, cardio, pecs and core work.
The classes will also help you learn how to recover faster from games and avoid injury, so you can stay in top form all season long. As well you will come away with skills to help you will develop mental focus and concentration skills, manage stress and stay calm under pressure, helping you perform at your best when it matters most.
