Welcome to our six-week series designed to help curling athletes improve their strength, flexibility, and performance on the ice. In each 45-minute session, we'll incorporate a mix of fitness, yoga, and stretching to prepare your body for the rigours of this dynamic sport.

Your expert instructor, Stephen (who you may know from around the club) will guide you through a series of exercises that target the specific muscle groups used in curling, helping you build strength and endurance while also improving your range of motion and flexibility. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, this series is perfect for anyone looking to take their game to the next level.

In addition to the physical benefits, our classes will also help you develop mental focus and concentration, which are key to success in curling. You'll learn techniques for managing stress and staying calm under pressure, helping you perform at your best when it matters most.

Perhaps most importantly, our classes will help you recover faster from games and avoid injury, so you can stay in top form all season long. So why wait? Join us for this exciting series and start seeing the benefits for yourself!

Note: If you're considering coming to the series just before your league play and you're not sure you'll have the energy for both, don't worry. Instead of tiring you out for your game coming to CurlFit before you play will make sure you're primed and ready to have your BEST game.

What you'll take away from the series:
= A pre-game sequence to get you ready to step on the ice
= A post-game sequence that will help you recover faster
= A between-game sequence to continue your personal journey to build strength and endurance while also improving your range of motion and flexibility
