Our ACE program is ready to welcome you at the Vancouver Curling Club!

January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th February 5th, 19th, 26th March 5th, and 12th- last sessions of the season.

  • Coaching: Will be provided by the Vancouver Curling Club.
  • Equipment: we will provide throwing sticks, sliders, cleaning cloths, and brooms for all participants.

What to wear/bring Please dress warmly with layers and comfortable clothing to adjust to the temperature in the ice area and for delivering curling rocks. Bring or wear a clean pair of running shoes to wear out on the ice. Individuals must bring their own wheelchair or powerchair to the event. Individuals must have a support person to assist them on the ice.

Discover the excitement of curling in a welcoming and inclusive environment! Perfect for all abilities, this 1-hour session lets you and up to four friends (just $80 for the group) experience the sport with ease.

Our adaptive program is designed to be wheelchair accessible and supportive of participants who are hard of hearing, blind, or visually impaired. All equipment is provided, and our trained instructors will guide you every step of the way. Whether you're a first-timer or returning for fun, this is your chance to enjoy curling in a setting that prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity.

About VCC

The Vancouver Curling Club is located at Hillcrest Centre in the facility that hosted the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games curling competitions. With eight sheets of ice in a modern, bright and accessible building, the VCC has over 1,700 members who participate in 28 weekly leagues.

The Vancouver Curling Club acknowledges that we operate on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish First Nations who lived here before us and continue to live here.
